Mastering Your Monologue With Caroline Bell

DATE: April 26, 2025

AGE: 16+ | No previous experience required

A one day audition prep workshop on how to make your monologue the most confident piece in your arsenal.

This class will go in depth on a specific piece chosen by the performer that will show off their skill, their character, and what inspires them to be onstage. With dedicated time to warm up as a group, performers can bring in 1-3 monologues they want to play with and explore through guided exercises. Performers will leave with a piece that they can walk into an audition and use, as well as tools to explore future monologues, and inspiration to find characters that show off their talent. The group will share their monologues and have the opportunity to practice in front of an audience of supportive peers! As a professional actor and longtime community performer, Caroline has prepared countless monologues and continues to audition and put herself on tape weekly. This class will be an opportunity to prep for auditions that only give you a few minutes to make yourself known, and hone the creativity and confidence it takes to walk into a room and know you can make the part yours!
