CONSENT AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT

I agree to let the Saint John Theatre Company collect the information provided here, as long as it is not shared, sold, or given to any other organization. This information will be used to send me periodic electronic updates on company auditions, crew calls, show information, promotions, workshops, and newsletters.

I allow the Saint John Theatre Company, its representatives, and employees to take photographs and record audio and videos of me in connection with company events and activities. I agree that the Saint John Theatre Company may use such photographs and recordings of me, with or without my name, for any lawful purpose including publicity, advertising, funding reports, web content, as well as ticketed content presentation (either live or online) without any compensation to me.

In return for being allowed by the Theatre Company to access/use the Property to participate in the Events, I release and hold harmless the Theatre Company, its employees, officers, directors, members, agents, or assigns, from any liability, claims, or demands regarding any injury or damage to me or loss occurring to me due to my participation in the Events. This includes any injury, damage, or loss caused by the negligence or inadvertence of any employee, officer, director, agent, or member of the Theatre Company.

I understand the implications of this Waiver of Liability and agree that this agreement is made voluntarily and without pressure.
